The event will take place primarily on the lawn behind the Chemistry Building, rain or shine. The best place to drop off students is 240 South 33rd St., Philadelphia, PA 19104. Volunteers will be waiting to direct you for check-in. All students MUST be checked in by a parent, guardian, or chaperone. Locally, there are a few garages and street lots, in addition to hourly street parking. Parents, guardians, and/or chaperones are welcome to stay and watch.

Our team will split your students into small groups for the experiments at check-in. Students will receive a complementary bag to carry the souvenirs from the day, as well as a booklet with more information about all of the day's experiments. We'll start out with a brief introduction and a few exciting demonstrations, before breaking off into small groups. At the end, we'll gather the entire group again for a quick wrap-up, raffle, and give the students a brief evaluation form to fill out.

We will have snacks and drinks for the participants, but not a full lunch. We're so excited to share this day with you and your students!
